SODIUMPOTASSIUM, CHLORIDECITRATE

Supports rehydration of your body
One of the troublesome aspects of flying is dehydration. This condition causes your blood vessels to narrow and your blood to thicken, which raises your risk for blood clots. Dehydration contributes to headache, dried up eyes and skin, fatigue,  general dizziness and tiredness. On the flipside, a well-hydrated human being is less likely to experience headaches, circulation issues and negative side effects of jetlag. WHO (World Health Organization) have issued directions on how a well functioning rehydration mix needs to be formulated. We have followed these directions.

Each tablet contains important electrolytes in combination with sugar. The sugar is important to improve absorption of electrolytes and water. One tablet contains 11 kcal. Potassium contributes to the normal function of the nervous system, to normal muscle function and to the maintenance of normal blood pressure.

You should of course still drink plenty of normal water, eat healthy food and move around as well during your flights. It’s incredibly easy to stay hydrated when travelling and provides a great pay off (you will feel a lot better) – it’s really a no-brainer!

VITAMIN C

Contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress
Vitamin C, a key antioxidant which supports continued growth and repair of tissues throughout your body. In addition, vitamin C blocks some of the damage caused by free radicals often caused by tobacco smoke or radiation which  is a part of the human aging process.
